This end-user license agreement (the “License”) is entered into between Payet Maxence, trading as Viral Clip Factory (the “Publisher”) and the person who subscribed to the Viral Clip Factory software (the “User”). Activating the software constitutes acceptance of the License.

1. Rights granted

The Publisher grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable right, not transferable to third parties, to install and use the software on one (1) computer at a time, for the entire duration of their subscription, for personal or professional purposes, with no limit on the number of clips generated. At the end of the subscription, the software locks; the videos already produced remain the property of the User.

2. Activation and transfer

Each license is associated with a unique activation code, usable on only one computer at a time. The User may transfer their license to another of their computers by deactivating the previous computer from the software, within the limit of 3 transfers per 30-day period; beyond that, or if the old computer is no longer accessible, support carries out the transfer on request. Activation and periodic verification of the license require a connection to our license server; only the necessary information is transmitted (code, anonymous technical identifier of the computer, computer name, software version).

3. Restrictions

It is forbidden to: share, resell, rent or publish the activation code; circumvent or disable the activation system or the protections of the software; decompile, disassemble or modify the software, except within the limits permitted by law; use the software to infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Revocation

The Publisher may deactivate a license in the event of a refund, payment fraud, public sharing of the code or breach of this License. The User is informed at the email address of their order.

5. Processed content

The User is solely responsible for the videos they select, transform and publish, and for compliance with copyright, image rights and the terms of use of the platforms (including YouTube). The Publisher does not provide any video content.

6. Updates

All updates published during the subscription period are provided at no additional cost.

7. Third-party components

The software includes open-source components governed by their own licenses (see the legal notice), which prevail for those components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for the unavailability of third-party services (YouTube, hosting of transcription models). Nothing in this License limits the legal guarantees enjoyed by the consumer.
