Refund policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Principle
The software is digital content delivered immediately. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you request this immediate delivery when ordering and thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access to the software is provided to you.
This policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; customers in the European Union also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of their country.
When we refund
- The software does not work on your compatible computer (Apple silicon Mac running macOS 12+, or Windows 10/11 64-bit PC) and support cannot solve the problem: full refund of the first payment, within 30 days of your subscription, and cancellation of the subscription.
- Duplicate subscription by mistake: refund and cancellation of the extra subscription (license not activated).
- A problem covered by the statutory guarantees (Australian Consumer Law, or the law of your country if you live in the European Union): repair, refund or compensation, as applicable.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your customer area (“My account” → “Manage payment”). Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded pro rata.
How to proceed
Contact support with your order number and the problem encountered. The refund is made via Stripe to the payment method used, within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
As payments are processed by Link (Stripe), the merchant of record of the transaction, you can also send a refund request directly to Link support; Link may refund within 60 days of the payment, under its own rules. Refunds include the taxes paid.
Consequence
A refund automatically deactivates the corresponding license and cancels the subscription.
